I am a trained Chef and certified Pastry Chef for over 8 years with a Bachelors in Food Service Management, majoring in Culinary Arts Management and an Advanced Diploma on Baking and Pastry Management. I love my Caribbean heritage so my food will always encompass the bold Jamaican Flavours and cooking techniques with a southern ( Cajun / creole ) flair!
