I am a trained Chef and certified Pastry Chef for over 8 years with a Bachelors in Food Service Management, majoring in Culinary Arts Management and an Advanced Diploma on Baking and Pastry Management. I love my Caribbean heritage so my food will always encompass the bold Jamaican Flavours and cooking techniques with a southern ( Cajun / creole ) flair!

Samantha was the perfect addition to our evening! She was pleasant and energetic and prepared everything with precision timing. It also tasted delicious!! There were also some beautiful leftovers and a little thank you package left in our spotless kitchen! Would highly recommend!!

Outstanding. We haven’t had a meal that good for years. And our Chef made it an extremely memorable occasion. We were blown away and recommend Samantha and the service highly.

Chef Samantha was truly incredible! She created a phenomenal menu for 15 guests based on our theme and requests. The experience was so wonderful and one of the best meals we’ve had. Everyone had the best time. Can’t wait for the next dinner!
