I’m an Indian chef based in Canada, driven by curiosity, creativity, and a deep respect for ingredients. My culinary journey blends the bold flavors I grew up with in India and the refined techniques I learned while studying Italian Culinary Arts at George Brown College in Toronto.

For me, cooking is about storytelling — every dish carries a memory, a culture, or an emotion. I enjoy creating food that feels both comforting and surprising, combining classic techniques with vibrant flavors and a bit of experimentation.

My experiences in professional kitchens and my exposure to different cultures have shaped the way I cook today. I believe great food doesn’t need to be complicated; it needs balance, honesty, and heart.

Beyond the kitchen, I’m inspired by travel, art, and conversations around the table. Those influences constantly push me to evolve as a chef and explore new ideas on the plate.
