I am a professionally trained chef with over 15 years of experience crafting refined and personalized dining experiences. After completing my culinary training in France and running my own catering company in Germany—where I was awarded Best Caterer in 2021—I now bring my global inspirations to private events in Toronto.
My cooking blends fresh, seasonal ingredients with bold flavors and artistic presentation. Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a celebration, or an in-home tasting menu, my goal is to create an unforgettable experience that engages every sense and reflects the unique tastes of each client.
