I am professional Chef with 10 years experience. I graduated from Le Cordon Blue in Orlando, FL in 2015. While I was attending school, 3 months in, I was hired to open my first restaurant and I haven't looked back since. In the last 10 years I have opened a few stand alone restaurants on top of hotel openings with having to open restaurants on site. These last few years I have had more time to provide personal/private chef experiences.
