As a Former Masterchef season 8 contestant (41st contestant out of 30,000) I have cooked for a wide variety of celebrities and professional athletes. I have managed a food truck, restaurant, cafe and catering company, as well as owning my own catering company where I would serve 1000s of guests at events like concerts, car shows and charity events. I cook global cuisine specializing in comfort food, Mexican cuisine and fresh southern Cali style. I am also a pastry chef serving up deliciously beautiful and fun cakes and treats for any occasion.

For our first engagement with a private Chef and it was spectacular! Chef Brittany had all of her menu's available ahead-of-time in a very professional manner. Separated by cuisine type, and all available options in a select-items-per-course ease, making the selection and communication very clear and concise. And the food did not disappoint.
