I am a professional chef with over 10 years experience. I have a Culinary Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I have also spent time studying in Switzerland. I have worked at some of the countries best hotels and resorts. I have worked at The Peabody Memphis, Fairmont Scottsdale Princess, Arizona Biltmore and Turnberry Isle Miami just to name a few. I am ready to help you with all of your culinary adventures!

Bryan and his team were great. The presentation, taste, and service surpassed all of our expectations. They were able to accommodate allergies and last minute requests to slightly alter the menu. And they made sure to clean up and leave the place spotless, which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely reach out again when we are back in town and recommend to others!

Run don't walk, to book this chef. He and his assistant were professional, courteous, punctual, and beyond easy to work with. But WAY beyond that was the caliber of the food and the presentation. I have dined at five star restaurants and Michelin restaurants around the world and this chef could rub elbows with any one of them, He was simply amazing. :-)
