I am a professional chef with over a decade of experience cooking in various settings and capacities. I have worked in large scale professional kitchens, remote resort restaurants, tropical retreat centers and more! I love cooking for small groups of people in intimate settings. I am Italian by heritage so I love all types of Mediterranean cooking, with a special emphasis on fresh and vibrant flavors. Here in Hawaii I am inspired by the abundance of local seafood, produce and the Asian influence in local cuisine. I have special training in desserts and love creating unique and beautiful cakes and pastries.

Carli was awesome. She prepared three meals for our family during our trip (12 adults) she do an incredible job and her meals were the highlight of our weeklong trip to Hawaii. We will definitely use her again and would recommend her to anyone. One of the meals she did a cooking class for all of our adult children (10 of them) and she handed the chaos perfectly!
