Graduate of Le Cordon Blue Culinary College in Scottsdale, AZ. I first learned cooking as a young child from my grandmother who owned a cajun restaurant in Lafayette, LA. I later went on to cook for various restaurants, and even on a ship in the Gulf of Mexico, and Caribbean. I have cooked for many pro athletes, and even television personalities. The kitchen is my playground. I specialize in Cajun and Creole cuisine, but I am skilled in mexican, spanish, and italian cuisines as well.
