Our Noire Kitchen is where creativity and passion meets bold flavors.
With over 15 years of experience, my culinary journey began by helping my family during summer trips to Jamaica, where they ran their restaurant in Kingston. Over time, I also gained valuable experience working in diverse dining environments, including Walt Disney World, which exposed me to a wide range of styles and service standards.
During COVID, my wife and I launched a private chef and catering service. The techniques, recipe development skills, kitchen management, and efficiency I’ve built over the years have allowed us to successfully offer personalized culinary experiences to friends, families, and travelers visiting and residing in Central Florida.
