I am a seasoned private chef with over a decade of experience in Los Angeles, where I cultivated my culinary skills within exclusive private estates and refined them further as Bar Manager at Providence, a distinguished 2 Michelin Star restaurant. My tenure in California afforded me the opportunity to immerse myself in the art of mixology, wine, and the nuances of fine dining service.

Expanding my horizons, I ventured to Bali, where I assumed the role of Executive Chef, overseeing the launch of a successful fast casual taco concept. Following this venture, I transitioned into the yachting industry, where I've spent the past few years delivering unparalleled culinary experiences aboard luxury vessels.

My diverse background and unwavering commitment to excellence enable me to exceed expectations and create unforgettable dining experiences wherever I go.

Katie was hands down amazing. She helped to make our anniversary celebration extremely special by creating such delicious and visually spectacular dishes, while also giving us insight to her sailing background and extensive culinary resume. I will definitely be keep her in mind for future events and recommend her to friends/family.

Would highly recommend Chef Katie for your in-home chef experience. There were 7 of us and everyone absolutely loved everything they tasted and we could tell it was well thought out and used fresh ingredients. Service and cleanup were also exceptional.
