I am private chef who spent ten years living in Los Angeles and working in private estates. During this time I took a position as Bar Manager at 2 Michelin Star restaurant Providence where I studied mixology, wine and the elements of fine dining service. After leaving California I spent a year in Bali where I was hired as Executive Chef to open a fast casual taco concept. Upon finishing my contract in Indonesia I joined the yachting industry where I have spent the last few years working on luxury yachts.

Katie was hands down amazing. She helped to make our anniversary celebration extremely special by creating such delicious and visually spectacular dishes, while also giving us insight to her sailing background and extensive culinary resume. I will definitely be keep her in mind for future events and recommend her to friends/family.

Would highly recommend Chef Katie for your in-home chef experience. There were 7 of us and everyone absolutely loved everything they tasted and we could tell it was well thought out and used fresh ingredients. Service and cleanup were also exceptional.
