My life has been a complete dedication to the food and service industry. My love for food began in the "The Big Apple." Working in NYC expanded my understanding of the influence food can have in the lives of people. I was blessed with the talent of cooking at an older age in life. My experience in the arts converged after years of knowledge and tutelage in the restaurant industry. I never stop learning, it is a beautiful and amazing craft I love to share with others.
