I am a self-taught professional chef with experience in many different styles and techniques of cuisine. You can always find me in the kitchen whipping up a rich and flavorful bolognese to balancing the spices of a complex curry or even making a perfectly caramelized and creamy crème brûlée. I love to create the perfect menu and dishes for everyone I cook for - one of my favorite things about my job is catering to everyone's personal tastes and ensuring an experience that goes above and beyond your expectations.
