I’m a chef with 23 years of experience, driven by a lifelong dream of one day owning and running my own restaurant. Cooking has been a constant in my life, and I wouldn’t trade this path for anything else in the world, as it has shaped not only my career but also who I am as a person.
Being a chef is far more than just a job to me — it is a true passion, a dream, and a conscious choice I would make again and again without hesitation. I deeply love what I do and embrace everything that comes with it, from the challenges to the rewards, knowing that this profession is an essential part of my life.
