Get to know me better

Inspired by wellness and Japanese simplicity, I create personalized meals for Torontonians—elevated, fresh, and nourishing for body and soul.

With over 15 years of professional cooking experience, I’ve worked in restaurants, private homes, and a five-star hotel in Toronto. I completed a federally recognized culinary apprenticeship at George Brown College, earned my Red Seal certification, and trained under Chef Greg Argent, developing a strong foundation in French-inspired cuisine. Originally from Japan, I’ve lived in Australia, England, and now Canada—bringing a global perspective to my work. My food is fresh, colourful, and deeply personal—infused with warmth, balance, and the joy of real, home-style cooking. Inspired by chefs like Jamie Oliver, I aim to nourish both body and soul with every dish I serve.
