Passionate about the cooking, I want my food to be a representation of me as a chef.

I am a professionally trained cook with 3 years of experience. I spent 1 year at George Brown College, and 1 Year at Humber College and have a diploma in culinary skills. I’ve always had a love for cooking since I was a child, and Covid gave me the time to finally pursue my passion. I switched career paths that same year and haven’t looked back.

I was trained at both Humber and George brown college. I have worked at Grazie Ristorante, Giro D’italia and help my past chef run JABS in toronto.

To not over complicate things, I come from an Italian background, we like clean flavours and letting good quality ingredients shine through the dish.
