I studied at the Asia International Hotel School in Colombo Srilanka, and in 1997 I joined Colombo Hilton in Srilanka as a Kitchen Apprentice. After working for 12 years at Hilton I got an opportunity to work in Japan. I spent 7 years there and then decided to immigrate to Canada. Now I am living In Ontario, in the Vaughan area.
