I am a hospitality enthusiast with over 15 years of experience working in the industry. I am a George Brown Alumni that graduated with Honours. I've worked over 6 years as a prep cook, garde manger and pizzaiolo. And I also managed an Italian wine bar for over 10 years.
I enjoy talking about food and beverage pairings and consulting on menus. I am looking for clients that need a dependable chef in the kitchen!
