I am a professional chef with 10 years of experience working in Canada's casual fine dining industry. After leaving the more casual scene, I wanted to give myself a challenge and step into the world of Fine Dining which is where I currently am now. I work for a famous Chef (who's name I cannot disclose) as his Senior Sous Chef and I'm currently training to step into the world of televised culinary competitions in 2021. This year, my focus is to spend every single day studying new flavors, techniques and dishes to not only compete with, but to hopefully bring into your kitchen at home as well!
