I am a Holistic Nutritionist and passionate chef dedicated to creating vibrant, nourishing meals that support both well-being and adventure. My cooking philosophy is rooted in balance, energy, and flavor, using fresh, wholesome ingredients to fuel active lifestyles without compromising on taste.

Over the past year, I worked as the sole chef aboard two sailboats, designing and preparing customized meals for guests and crew in the British Virgin Islands and France. Prior to that, I led the kitchen in a luxury ski chalet, cooking high-energy, comforting meals for guests after long days on the slopes. My experience also includes catering for a wide range of events, from intimate celebrations and bachelorette parties to large-scale film industry productions.

From sea to snow, I thrive in dynamic, high-demand environments. I bring creativity, adaptability, and a calm, organized approach to every kitchen, always focused on delivering nourishing food that enhances the overall experience and leaves guests feeling energized and well cared for.

I learned to cook by necessity, self-taught and driven by a need to heal. Cooking, like art, became my canvas, where I discovered its beauty.

This was a great experience - George was a delight to meet and a wonderful chef. We really enjoyed her food - which she presented and introduced to us beautifully with each course. Her extra touches on the table setting were great and really heightened the experience. She cooked for our group party - which included both Vegan and Vegetarian options as well as Meat mains - thank you for your flexibility! I’d highly recommend a meal with George anytime.
