Get to know me better

Dedicated to teaching and perfecting the art of cooking through bespoke experiences.

With over 20 years of professional kitchen experience, I am a classically trained chef and graduate of George Brown College’s culinary program. I built my foundation working through the ranks of Toronto’s restaurant scene, where I developed a strong respect for technique, discipline, and seasonality. I later stepped away from the traditional restaurant environment to pursue a private chef career in the Cayman Islands, an experience that allowed me to refine my craft while gaining hands-on insight into running a successful private-chef business. After returning to Ontario, I established my own private chef and catering company; offering thoughtful, chef-driven dining experiences. I am deeply passionate about cooking, teaching, and continuously challenging myself to grow, evolve, and push my skills further in the kitchen.
