Private chef inspired by the flavors of the Yucatán Peninsula and the Mexican Caribbean.

Chef Jorge Ríos Zárate brings the vibrant flavors of the Yucatán Peninsula to the table through a refined and contemporary approach to Mexican cuisine.

Originally from Mexico and now based in Canada, his cooking is deeply inspired by the ingredients and traditions of southeastern Mexico — citrus, achiote, chiles and fresh Caribbean seafood.

Through his concept KIN – Cocina de la Península, Chef Jorge creates intimate tasting experiences that celebrate the culture, ingredients and stories of the Mexican Caribbean.

Each dinner is designed as a culinary journey through one of Mexico’s most unique gastronomic regions.
