My life as a chef began in London, after spending one year working in an Italian restaurant in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, and later becoming a restaurant owner in Mexico. These experiences shaped my culinary path and allowed me to grow both professionally and creatively within the industry.

In 2004, our restaurant was chosen by Catherine Zeta-Jones and Antonio Banderas to prepare their meals both on set and at their private residence during the eight months of filming The Legend of Zorro in Mexico. Following this experience, I went on to work as a private chef for several private homes and yachts in Miami.

Chef Arturo connected before the event well, prepared a delicious, beautifully displayed meal and cleaned up well. He was on time and engaged well with our family. Would highly recommend him.

Chef Arturo is the man. He exceeded exceptions. We booked him for 4 meals total throughout a long weekend trip. He had very good communication leading up to the event and during the weekend to make sure everything was clear about what was going to be prepared and when he'd need to be there. Showed up early and took care of everything by himself. Prepped, cooked, served and cleaned. He left the place cleaner than it was before he got there. Never left until everything was cleaned and put away, and would not accept help. He just wanted us to enjoy yourselves. And of course, the food was incredible. He blew us away with how he made simple meals, like tacos and burgers, seem gourmet. Just can't say enough good things about his service. He elevated the experience of the whole trip for us. Thank you, Chef.

Arturo was a wonderful addition to our vacation. He seamlessly prepared two meals a day for 12 people and adapted to any situation. The meals were well thought out and varied. The food was delicious and exceeded all of our needs and expectations. Every meal was delicious and also beautifully presented. Arturo was a true pro and I would highly recommend him to any group or family.
