Well versed in a variety of Cuisines

I have 20yrs experience as a Chef. I graduated from the California Culinary Academy(2003) in San Francisco where I was born and raised. Having grown up in a food town like San Francisco I was introduced to an array of different cuisines from a young age. This heavily influenced my eclectic cooking style, as well as the variety of Chefs I have worked for. From celebrity Chef Tyler Florence at Wayfare tavern in San Francisco ( California Cuisine), Chef John Folse and Rick Tramato at Restaurant Revolution in New Orleans(Creole/Italian) to Master Chef Michel Personnaz at High Ridge Country Club in Palm Beach FL (French). With this experience I am able to bring a large variety of menu options to fit my guests preferences.
