Chef Freda came to our home last night and made an incredible meal for my husband and I, and another couple. Food was plentiful and presentation was wonderful. Three different appetizers started our dinner. Entree was excellently prepared, hot and flavorful. Two different desserts were the prefect ending to our meal. What a fantastic experience and delicious meal! From the beginning, Chef Freda was wonderful to work with. She gave us so many options for our dinner to choose from and quickly answered all my questions. She prepared for us three different appetizers which consisted of an assorted charcuterie platter, bacon wrapped scallops and shrimp served with a delicious avocado key lime dip. Our entree was Chilean sea bass with fingerling potatoes and carrots plus a wonderful grilled peaches, asparagus and burrita cheese salad. For dessert we had a chocolate lava cake and strawberry shortcake. I can not say enough good things about Chef Freda. She was professional, well organized and an incredible chef. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Chef Freda. She prepared a wonderful meal for four of us that we will never forget. It was an amazing evening!!

Chef Freda was GREAT! There were 8 of us, including one person with dietary needs, and she accommodated us all. The menu we discussed ahead of time was exactly what she had promised, but in person was better than we could have imagined. Everything was absolutely delicious! She arrived on time, required very little assistance, and served the meal right on time. We had the best night! She even showed one person some cooking tips on cooking our fish. Freda was pleasant, kind and friendly. All in all, the night exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Chef Freda!

Freda was terrific. We set up the eating area so we could watch and interact with her as she prepared the food and as we ate it. It was a treat! She is very engaging and all of us (4) enjoyed it a lot. The food was wonderful and the clean-up job was a great bonus. We would definitely do it again. Thank you.
