I am a professional chef for the past 25 years, I have worked as a chef in Various Caribbean Resorts, I was also a culinary arts instructor, cruise ship guest chef and Chef and Tour Host for Caribbean Culinary Tours and Vacations.
I am a cookbook author now working on my 3 Cookbook Caribbean Yum Yum A Caribbean Kids Cookbook. I was trained at The Caribbean hospitality institute and Cornell university school of professional cooking
