Soy un chef profesional con 14 años de experiencia en el mundo culinario. Estudié en la Escuela del área andina en Colombia y tengo varios cursos de cocina fría , caliente y repostería, me especializo en cocina peruana colombiana japonesa e italiana he trabajado en más de 7 restaurantes adquiriendo experiencia de diferentes tipos de cocinas y distintos chefs en uno de estos restaurantes fui chef de The Eye Orlando montando un menú con más de 30 platos y chef de pisco Peruvian food

I am a professional chef with 13 years of experience in the culinary world. I studied at the School of the Andean area in Colombia and I have several courses in cold, hot cooking and pastry, I specialized in Peruvian Colombian Japanese and Italian cuisine I have worked in more than 7 restaurants acquiring experience of different types of cuisines and different chefs in one of these restaurants I was the chef at The Eye Orlando, creating a menu with over 30 dishes, and the chef of Pisco Peruvian food.
