I'm a chef located out of Portland, Maine. I began my culinary journey when I was fresh out of highschool, working in local restaurants before eventually attending CIA where I recieved an associates degree in culinary arts. From there I spent a few years traveling and learning and cooking at restaraunts around the country before settling back in Maine. I specialize in classic French and Italian inspired dishes executed with exceptional technique and a focus on seasonality.
