I hired Chef Andrew for our intimate wedding day dinner. He was very responsive and flexible when discussing the menu and I appreciated his consideration for allergies. On the day he showed up early and dinner service started right on time. He took care to explain all components of each dish which were plated nicely and most importantly tasted AMAZING. Chef Andrew was unobtrusive during prep and in between courses, but he was still very friendly and interactive and even made table side ice cream for us to go with our sticky toffee pudding. Overall, I will be hiring Chef Andrew again for any future special events, what a fantastic dinner to close off my wedding day!
