With over 15 years of experience, I find joy in every moment spent in the kitchen—exploring new flavours, ingredients, and cultures, then expressing those discoveries through the dishes I create for my guests.

Based in Toronto, my team and I at ThinkOFood provide private chef and catering services across Toronto and the GTA, designing tailored menus for intimate dinners, celebrations, and special events. Our focus is simple: restaurant-quality food and service, brought into the comfort of your home or venue.

My culinary journey began unexpectedly. As a child, I often accompanied my mother to the restaurant where she worked, helping in the kitchen instead of staying home alone. Those early days sparked a lifelong passion for cooking.

Growing up in Israel, I started experimenting at home, then took a job at our local market. Working across the vegetable, fish, and butcher stands, I learned to respect ingredients and understand seasonality and quality. That foundation led me to formal culinary training, where I studied and refined my skills for four years while working in restaurants.

After three years in the military—finishing as a kitchen manager—I travelled through South America and Europe, staging in local kitchens and learning directly from chefs and home cooks. From making fresh pasta on the streets of Bari with local Nonnas to taking gelato and charcuterie courses in Lucca, each experience deepened my appreciation for global cuisine and honest, soulful food.

When I arrived in Canada, I combined my culinary background with business management studies and, in 2021, founded ThinkOFood: a unique catering company specializing in personalized events and restaurant-style experiences for small to medium-sized groups. Today, my cooking blends Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and South American influences with a commitment to high quality, creativity, and attention to detail.

Whether it’s a family celebration, a dinner with friends, a corporate event or a special occasion, my goal is to create a warm, enjoyable, relaxed atmosphere and memorable dishes that reflect your tastes, dietary needs, and the story you want your event to tell. As I continue to explore new cultures, ingredients, and techniques, I strive to bring soul to every plate I serve.
