Come for the food, stay for the cocktails, leave wondering why every dinner isn't like this.

I grew up in India surrounded by food that was never just food. Now based in Toronto, I carry those roots with me everywhere, layering them with everything I've tasted, learned, and fallen in love with across my travels. My cooking doesn't sit neatly in one box. It moves between the smoky depth of a regional Indian cuisine, the umami-soaked Southeast Asian street food, and the warmth of Middle Eastern flavours.

I source locally, cook seasonally, and always let the ingredients lead. I also craft cocktails and curate wines to go alongside my menus because the drink you're handed when you walk in sets the tone for everything that follows.

And sometimes, I build an entire evening around a feeling - a film noir dinner, a three-country tasting journey like "Eat, Pray, Love", an Ode to the Season, I can get creative and experimental.
