I am a professional chef with over 40 years of culinary experience, specializing in Italian and fusion cuisine. A graduate of George Brown College with honors in Culinary Management, I have built my career on a foundation of technical excellence, creativity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Throughout my journey, I have had the privilege of training and working under renowned chefs such as Jean Pierre Challet and John Haggins, experiences that helped shape my culinary philosophy and attention to detail. Over the years, I have also had the honor of cooking for celebrities, politicians, and distinguished guests, consistently providing a high standard of quality and professionalism.
