I’ve spent over 35 years in the restaurant industry and 18 years in catering, specializing in comfort food that’s warm, hearty, and homemade. While I proudly operate the Portuguese franchise The Hangry Chicken in Burlington, my true passion lies in dishes that feel like home—meals made with love and shared with family. Today, I’m lucky to cook alongside my husband and youngest son, who brings his own twist to our kitchen with international flavors from Italian to Indian, French, Mediterranean, and Asian cuisine. Together, we create food that feeds the soul.
