I am a culinary student who chose to pursue a career in food because I find greater fulfillment in making people happy through cooking than working behind a laptop all day. My academic background includes Anthropology, Statistics, and Computer Science, which has shaped the way I think about food, technique, and problem-solving in the kitchen.

I am especially passionate about Egyptian cuisine, while my strong foundation in food science allows me to confidently explore and work with a wide range of global cuisines. I approach cooking with curiosity, precision, and creativity, always striving to turn thoughtful ideas into flavorful, memorable dishes.

For me, cooking is both a craft and a way to connect with people, and I’m excited to continue growing and sharing that passion through every plate I create.
