At 8 years old, I would sit in front of the TV and watch a 90’s show called “Cooking with Yan,” dreaming one day I would become just like that guy who wore those funny aprons. Fast forward to 2020, after years of blood sweat and tears in the kitchen, I now consider myself a well rounded and capable chef, who is extremely passionate about food culture. I have worked in the best 5 Star Hotels and Fine Dining Restaurants in Toronto and I'm experienced in catering small to large banquets, weddings and receptions. I am well versed in menu planning, as well as cultivating relationships with vendors to source the best quality ingredients. I have managed kitchen teams of various sizes and skill levels and conduct myself with integrity and professionalism.

We were extremely please with the experience provided by Chef Mickey. He Kept his promise of making my 30th birthday a night to remember by giving us tour of world with different flavors. He was very accommodating to menu as asked. Very clean and paid attention to lil details to deliver Amazingggg food. He made us very comfortable and super friendly attitude made things so smooth. Highly recommended for any event or even just couple night. Hiring a private chef like chef Mickey was totally worth our money for a relaxing evening. Super talented Chef!!!
