I am a pro chef and have been in a kitchen for about 15 years now. Worked at a Italian restaurant in Buffalo,NY for almost 8 years before I moved to West Palm Beach where I am currently a Sous Chef at the Colony Hotel, Palm Beach. I love trying new recipes and new cuisines. I am versatile but my specialty would be Italian food. Always use fresh ingredients and stay seasonal for best flavors. Can't wait to cook a meal for you
