Hello Everyone! My name is Nick DeFrancesco, and I run my own personal chef business, Florida Coast Chefs! I'm originally from New Jersey, and have been in Florida for the past few couple years now. I have my Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition and Culinary from Bastyr University in Washington state and am super passionate about utilizing whole food, organic ingredients in my cooking.
