I draw inspiration from travel, nature, and everyday life, letting those influences shape menus that are generous, vibrant, and memorable.

Outside the kitchen, my lifestyle mirrors how I cook: intentional, curious, and community-driven. We had generally mixed experience. We got 3 Chefs with their menus. And we started to deal with the first one we get. She answered all the questions, we picked and assembled our menu and sent it to chef. In about a day she answered that she has an "emergency" at the day of dinner (more than 2 weeks ahead) and can't provide service. We proposed another date (a week difference with original date), and response was "I'm booked for that day also". Very strange. And disappointed. So, we have to start from scratch and choose between remaining two Chefs. Which we did. And we had a very good experience with the Chef Alexander.
