I'm Boyan, a Toronto private chef. Food and cooking for people is a big part of my life.
My cooking was shaped by the kitchens I've worked in: the sun-bright tavernas of Greece, the generous home tables of Serbia, and the brigade at The Dorchester in London, where precision and classic technique are everything. Now based in Toronto, I bring those years together in an honest, seasonal Mediterranean style.
