Raised in Prince Edward Island and trained in top Canadian kitchens, she built her career championing sustainable seafood and bold, honest flavors. As former co-founder of Scout Canning and the Canadian Chef Ambassador for the Marine Stewardship Council, Charlotte brings deep culinary expertise, sourcing integrity, and a passion for coastal food culture to every tin she creates. Through Nice Cans, she combines chef-driven creativity with sustainable practices to redefine what premium canned food can be.
