Chef Mitch was excellent. Very personable. Every dish has a story of why he chose certain ingredients and the interesting lives of the vendors he works with. Everything was amazing and I have a hard time picking a favourite course because they were all unique and flavourful. I would highly recommend and work with Chef Mitch again.

Mitch was wonderful. I booked him for my parents anniversary dinner and they could not stop raving about the experience for several weeks. I only hope when I book again I’m lucky enough to book with him.

Chef Mitch was very polite and professional. My guest from South Africa were delighted with their meal.

Chef Mitch paid close attention to the food details while engaging both of us during our Saturday date night. He was a joy to have in our house and would welcome his services again in a heartbeat.

The menu question options are lacking - Mitch provided me with the menu through this platform, and it was great as we discussed options and pairings. You should modify that question. Mitch was a great Chef and did a fantastic job of preparing and presenting the dishes for us all. His personal touch was telling us of his connection with each dish and how his love of food (and texture) and travel was how he selected each plate. He was very attentive, joined in our conversation at the right time (we engaged him often) and he had a great deal to offer.
