Hello! I'm Nick, a passionate chef with a background in fine dining and high-end private dining experiences.

My culinary journey includes working in some of Toronto's top restaurants, including a Michelin star establishment, where I developed strong foundations in technique, precision, and elevated presentation. This experience continues to influence the way I approach private dining today.

I currently work as part of a private chef company led by an executive private chef that delivers curated dining experiences across the Greater Toronto Area. Through this role, I regularly execute private dining events ranging from intimate dinners for two to multi-course tasting experiences and larger celebrations.

I specialize in crafting personalized menus tailored to each client and occasion. Whether it is an intimate dinner, a birthday celebration, or a gathering with friends and family, my goal is always to create a memorable restaurant-level experience in the comfort of your home or event space.

Menus are highly flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions such as vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, kosher-style, or other specific requests.

I am dedicated to creating thoughtful, refined dining experiences with a strong focus on quality ingredients, elegant presentation, and attentive service.

Depending on availability, experiences may be hosted either by myself or another chef from our private chef team, all of whom share the same professional standards and approach to hospitality.
