I am an Italian trained chef with 10 years experience. My culinary journey began by working for my parents catering company; making wood fired pizzas, bread and various pastries. After catching the hospitality bug, I ventured away from the family business, on the hunt for more experience and to carve my own path. I've spent the last several years working and staging my way across Canada; at restaurants such as The Harbord Room, Canoe, Bar Isabel and The Restaurant at Pearl Morissette. I have a strong drive for learning, creating and helping make unforgettable experiences.
