I am a highly experienced, professional chef with a diverse culinary repertoire, traditional/original including: French, Japanese, Chinese, Cajun, Kosher and European
I enjoy creating new dishes and producing meals that are both pleasing and of the finest quality. I am a classically trained chef(French) with extensive banquet and fine dining experience.
Organized and comfortable with producing meals for large groups, I place great importance on maintaining the highest standards and am noted for my exceptional work ethic.
