I am a professional chef with 18 years of experience ranging from fine dining, world cuisines, pastry and bakery with specialty in yeast breads. Bbq and charcuterie are my passions. Argentinian asado, Texas style bbq are my specialties but I am well versed in world cuisines and accommodating any dietary restrictions. I have worked mostly at country clubs and hotels throughout South Florida as well as the executive chef for professional baseball teams.
