My Name is Howard Mckitty I started my culinary journey in toronto where I was born and raised. In 1993 I started a cooks training program at The Learning Enrichment Foundation were I was taught the basics of cooking I graduated with Honours and was off to start working in the work force. My first job was working at Roger's Centre in Toronto as a 1st cook there I learned event catering and cooking for a large scale of people. After 7 years I moved on to work for compass group at Roger's Tower.
