Passionate and creative, I look for that smile with every meal.
I am a private chef with nearly 15 years of experience. Having returned back to Florida after 7 years on yachts, I am looking for a new position that allows me to continue putting my expertise to use while growing in a new environment. With previous experience within Michelin restaurants and luxury hotels, I have a vast knowledge of lots of different kinds of cuisines. A kind and considerate team player, I have always been well liked amongst my peers and always have a good rapport with people that have worked together.
