I am a professional chef of 24 years. I started cooking with my grandma for holidays as a kid. As a teenager I help my great aunt with her catering business. In 1999 I got my first cooking job in a little breakfast spot in Colorado. A year later I enrolled in Culinary classes at Johnson & Wales University in Denver, Colorado Where I graduated with honors. I completed my externship at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City , where I was recognized for my impeccable HACCP record keeping. I have a current Food Safety Managers certificate. I have worked everything from Dive bars, Hotels, to Find dining. I can cook anything you like. I love to bake and everything I make is done from scratch.
