Get to know me better

Professional & friendly personality, with experience in catering large count events and in home functions - ethnic / international cuisine.

I was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario, and I now reside in Woodstock, Ontario. I completed four years of education at Humber College of Applied Arts & Technology (North Campus), where I combined Business Management with Advanced Culinary Arts, building a strong foundation in both culinary technique and hospitality operations.

This training led me to the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, where I began my career as Chef Garde Manger in the fine dining Seasons Restaurant. I later earned the designation of Chef de Partie, which opened the door to opportunities both abroad in small bistros and back in Ontario. I went on to become the youngest Restaurant Chef to helm Chagall’s Fine Dining at the Sheraton Four Points in Hamilton, specializing in haute cuisine.

Driven by a desire to continue growing, I relocated to Vancouver, where I worked under talented chefs in several of the city’s top restaurants. I held a Sous Chef and Management position at Bridges on Granville Island, followed by an opening opportunity in Vernon, British Columbia, and later a Sous Chef role at the Sheraton Plaza Vancouver.

After three years on the West Coast, I returned to Ontario, where I now continue my professional development while branching out into various business streams within the culinary and hospitality industry. My goal is to bring experience, precision, and passion into every service, creating refined and memorable dining experiences.
