Passion for food experience
I graduated for hotel and catering qualification three yearn program from Vaasa Vocational School. I have been doing my internship in France, Spain and Denmark to learn different kind of cuisine.
I have been working in vary of restaurant style during four years in breakfast preparation, lunch restaurant and casual dining so I can cook independently different type of foods using recipes with good understanding of ingredients especially with Asian and Finnish ingredients and using right cooking methods with minimal waste of ingredients. I have a strong work ethic which I always take good care of my work and produce as good food as possible. My strong side is with all the cold food products and sweet preparation as I mainly work with this side during two year of working in Helsinki but sometimes I also support other chef on warm side of the kitchen.
I am organised, effective working and result driven style person. I am also a team player who know how to work in an international environment and open mind to work with people comes from different background. I have learn that logically organisation of work will be an good way to deal with high pressure during busy time and work coporative with other team memeber in order to keep the high quality of food service. On the other hand I am a continuous learner who always study in deep and want to develop for better foods.
