I am a self-taught chef with 6 years of experience in cuisine. I worked almost 3 years in the biggest vegan restaurant of Hungary, have spent half a year as a chef at a modern, health conscious catering company. I am a dedicated fan of plant-based, local, seasonal, low-waste cuisine. in my free time I experiment, collect wild plants, ferment, and preserve. I like to combine tradition with modernism.
