Hello, my name is Bruno and I'm a chef.
I have worked in different kitchens around the world, such as: Brazil, Italy, Ireland and Argentina. I have a degree in Gastronomy from the University of Caxias do Sul - UCS (Brazil).
I worked as a chef in a professional kitchen, but also as a Personal Chef for a long time...
My last job was as Personal Chef for the Ambassador of Brazil, which I worked a lot for two years here in Dublin.
